Automatically fulfil digital products in Shopify orders

You can automatically mark digital products as fulfilled in your Shopify orders as long as the products are set up correctly.

What does fulfilling mean? Fulfilling in Shopify is where you would add shipping tracking numbers for physical line items, but with digital products, there is no shipping, which means Fileflare can automatically mark the digital line items as fulfilled in your admin. This will finalise the order so that you don't need to do anything.

Rules to mark as fulfilled



Marking digital products as fulfilled in your Shopify admin will only take place when:

At least one delivery method is enabled in Filefare - email, checkout pages, or customer accounts
The Shopify products or variants are marked as digital
There must be assets attached to the Shopify product or variant
Order must have the "Paid" payment status
If the Fraud feature is enabled, and the order is not detected as fraudulent
If the digital product is available at the store location it was ordered from
