You will need any paid plan (not the free plan). The Basic plan or higher.

How to deliver your personalized files to individual customers

We will assume that you have already received an order that you need to personalize for your customer.

Step 1 – Upload the personalized asset

Go to the Upload page
Upload your personalized assets and wait until they have fully uploaded

Step 2 – Go to the order page to attach the file

Navigate to the Orders page
Click on the order that you want to attach the personalized asset to

Step 4 – Inform the customer

On the order page, click the Send now button. If you have previously sent an email on this order, the button will say, ‘Resend download email’. This will now send the download fulfilment email to your customer.
