Why is my digital product not fulfilling?

What you need to fulfil digital products

The below is for the fulfilment of the digital products on the Shopify order. Read this guide if you are wanting to find out why the download email did not send.

The product needs to be marked as digital in Shopify admin. In the "Shipping" section on your product edit page, you need to uncheck the option "This is a physical product".
The product must have files attached to it in Fileflare, otherwise the product will not be fulfilled. Please check to see if there are files attached to it. Go to the Products page in Fileflare > click on a product > check to see if it has files attached. If it doesn't, then this will be why the product did not fulfil.
If using variants, make sure that you have attached the file to the right variant. Go to the Products page > find the variant and check to see if it has the files attached to it.
The digital products will only be fulfilled if the payment status is "Paid". Check the payment status to make sure the order payment has processed.
If you have the Fraud block feature enabled, the app will not fulfil the order if it's flagged up as potential fraud and you have blocked the download links.
Make sure digital products in Shopify are available at all locations. Go to your Shopify admin > click on Products > click on a product > scroll down to "Inventory" > enable all locations.
