My order's status is "Authorized", what does this mean?

When an order is marked as "Authorized", it means that your payment is not captured, therefore you haven't been paid for the order yet. Downloads are only delivered to customers once they have paid so that they don't get free downloads, and you get your payment! Once the payment is captured, the order will be marked as "Paid" and the downloads will be delivered.

You can set your Shopify store to capture this automatically. Please follow Shopify's guide to do this.

How to enable automatic payment capture


From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
In the Payment capture section, click "Manage".
Select "Automatically capture payment for orders".
Click Save.
