Checkout downloads are not showing, what is happening? Order Status and Thank You page

There is a possibility that you are still using the Legacy checkouts in your Shopify store. Shopify have now stopped Shopify apps from integrating into the Legacy checkouts, so you will need to upgrade to Shopify's new Checkout Extensibility checkouts to deliver downloads on checkout pages.
