  • Why do my customers land on a password page?
    This may seem like a glitch or a mistake with your store, but rest assured, it's not. It's very a simple resolution. All you need to do is go to your Preferences in Shopify admin, and then remove your password. The reason this happens This happens because the way our download links and download page works is by using your Shopify store domain name.   • Can I get a development store plan?
    Yes, we can assign a free Premium plan for your development store. Please contact us by going to the "Support" page in the app. We can assign it to your store :) When changing your store to a live Shopify store, you must change this plan to a live Fileflare plan, otherwise it will stop working on your store.Few readers
  • Can I transfer data from one Fileflare account to another?
    This is not possible to transfer data between Fileflare accounts. This is because the Fileflare account is linked directly to your Shopify store's account. All authentication is completely tied, therefor, it cannot be linked to another Shopify store, and no data can be transferred. We always advise you to keep your digital product files hosted on your own devices. It's good practice to have multiple copies whenever it comes to digital content.   • How can I delete all assets?

  • If I delete products in Shopify, will the digital files still be deliverable?
    We have a system in place that will still allow digital product delivery to your customers, even if the product is deleted in your store. It's really helpful to let older customers be able to continue to access files even if the products were deleted in Shopify.Few readers
  • How can I access deleted products for old customers?
    You may want to provide access to new files for older customers that have bought deleted products. Luckily for you, Fileflare retains the deleted products for this exact reason so that all the customers that have bought deleted products can still access their files. To access deleted products in Fileflare, all you need to do is go to the Order page and click on the deleted product name. This will open the product page where you can attach or change files on it, which will automatically show onFew readers
  • Get an Oauth error when loading V1?
    This is because you are not logged in to Fileflare according to Shopify. You must go back to your Shopify admin, go to "Apps" and open Fileflare again. If you are already in Fileflare, simply refresh the browser page. You will be logged in and then the V1 link will work :)Few readers

    Are you looking for the "More actions" button inside the order or product page? Shopify have changed the way this works, so now that we are an embedded app, we have to change it :) the team are working on it so it will be back ASAP.
