Why are my products not fulfilling in Shopify?

When we refer to "fulfil", it means marking the product as fulfilled in the Shopify orders. The fulfilment process in Shopify is for adding tracking information to the order, which isn't relevant to digital products, so Fileflare will automatically mark digital products as fulfilled so that it minimizes your admin.

Fileflare has a fulfilment retry limit of 7 days. Once this time has passed, Fileflare will not attempt to retry fulfilling the products in your Shopify orders.
Fulfilments only take place for products that are digital, not physcial.
Fulfilments only take place for products that have assets attached in Fileflare.
