My PDF Stamp is not working
Learn how to set up PDF stamping and make sure you are ready to sell PDFs. In some rare occurrences, the PDF stamp may not appear on the pages. If your PDF Stamping doesn’t appear on the PDF pages, please contact us, and we will investigate further.
You need to go to:

Check in the PDF stamping section that you have selected a template
Check if you have selected a colour that stands out
Make sure the font size is big enough to see
Check that the alignment works with your pages
If your PDF is password protected, this will prevent Fileflare from being able to place any data on the pages. Please make sure the PDFs are not locked when uploading to Fileflare.
If the stamp is not applying, then please render it again from your PDF software without a lock, and replace it to see if that works.

If your PDF has thousands of pages, it can cause issues with the stamping. You will need to set the stamp to apply to a select few pages or a single page. This is what the stamp is designed for; such as an identifier, like a signature. This helps identify who is sharing the PDF against your rules.
Set it to stamp to a select few pages by going to the PDF Stamp, and adjusting the "Pages" box.
No, our app needs to host the PDF to be able to stamp the customer’s details onto the pages and then lock the PDF. When your PDF is hosted somewhere else, it’s not possible for us to control the PDF, it’s only possible to redirect the customer to that external link.
