"Link expired" message on the Order Status page

This is not Fileflare's message, this is Shopify's. The "Link expired" message is referring to Shopify's Order Status page being expired.


If you get customers asking about this message shown above, it's shown by Shopify to inform your customers to request a new link to access their Order Status page. It is not Fileflare. The "Link expired" message is to inform them that the Order Status page has expired and they need to log into their customer account to see the app blocks, such as the Fileflare downloads.


I can confirm that the link expired message is not Fileflare, it's Shopify, and it refers to the link of the order status page being expired.


This is most likely a new data protection feature to expire the order status page links and enforce customers to log in to see their data after 1-2 weeks.


Simply tell the customer to click "Send new link" and Shopify will send a new link to the Order Status page.
