I cannot find my product in Fileflare after creating it

You may have created a new product and changed the name of a product and cannot find it in Fileflare. It's easily sorted. When products are created, they always load into Fileflare, but if you change the name, you will need to go to the product page in Fileflare and click the "Sync product" button to load the latest name, or you can sync all products by going to the "Products" page and then click the "Sync all products" button.

Products are automatically synced from Shopify to Fileflare when:

• A product or variant is first created
• An order is placed for for that product or variant, the latest product data will be synced. It will only sync this product once every 3 hours.

How to sync products to get the latest data:

• You can sync all of your products in one go by going to the Products page and clicking the "Sync all products" button. This will sync all of your products. This can be clicked once every 30 minutes.

• If you want to sync a individual product, you can go to the product page in Fileflare and click the "Sync product" button. This can be clicked once every 10 seconds.

• You can do a full store product sync by going to Fileflare and going to "Products". Then you can click the "Sync all products" button. This can be clicked once every 30 minutes.

How to find the product sync buttons in Fileflare:

You can get to the sync product button by two ways

1. Go to your product page in Shopify and click the "More actions" button, then click the "Attach files to product" button. It will bring you to the product page in Fileflare where you will see the button in the top right.
2. Individual product sync: Go to Fileflare and click "Products", find the product with the old name and click into it. Then you will see the "Sync product" button in the top right.
3. All products sync: Go to Fileflare and click "Products", in the top right you will see a button saying "Sync all products".
