I cannot find my product in Fileflare after creating it

You may have created a new product and changed the name of a product and cannot find it in Fileflare. It's easily sorted. When products are created, they always load into Fileflare, but if you change the name, you will need to go to the product page in Fileflare and click the "Sync product" button to load the latest name.


Products are automatically synced from Shopify to Fileflare when:

  • A product or variant is first created
  • An order is placed for for that product or variant, the latest product data will be synced


How to sync the product to get the latest date:

  • If you want to sync a product, you can go to the product page in Fileflare and click the "Sync product" button

  • You can contact our support team to do a full store product sync to sync all the latest details from your products


How to find the product sync button in Fileflare:

You can get to the sync product button by two ways

  1. Go to your product page in Shopify and click the "More actions" button, then click the "Attach files to product" button. It will bring you to the product page in Fileflare where you will see the button in the top right.
  2. Go to Fileflare and click "Products", find the product with the old name and click into it. Then you will see the "Sync product" button in the top right.
