Can I transfer data from one Fileflare account to another?

This is not possible to transfer data between Fileflare accounts. This is because the Fileflare account is linked directly to your Shopify store's account. All authentication is completely tied, therefor, it cannot be linked to another Shopify store, and no data can be transferred.

We always advise you to keep your digital product files hosted on your own devices. It's good practice to have multiple copies whenever it comes to digital content. If you need to transfer files from one Fileflare account to another,

I would advise you either use your own S3 server and connect it to both Fileflare accounts, or download the files from one Fileflare account and re-upload them to your other Fileflare account.
