New V2 design release! 🎉

Shopify has been pushing the Built for Shopify rules upon apps otherwise be demoted and left in the dust So after 6 months of designing & planning and 6 months of dev time, we've finally implemented our new redesign, ensuring it meets Shopify's new requirements, but also works the same way that you are used to.

Main improvements:

Shopify's style

The overall feel is now relatable to Shopify's admin style.

Embedded

Our app is now embedded in Shopify's admin to make it easier to navigate.

Reorganised the unorganised

Over the years, we added features and settings which got quite unorganised over time. We decided that now was the best time to structure everything correctly so everything is easy to find. We also curated all of the text and rewritten it to be more understandable.

Improved performance

This was the perfect opportunity to improve the performance speed of the interface. For example, we drastically sped up the speed of which the Orders index page loads, making it much faster to use Fileflare.

Multi-lingual

We have now added multi-lingual user interface text so that user's can read the app in their own language. More languages will be added over time.

AI helpdesk assistant

We have introduced a new AI helpdesk assistant to get fast answers, quicker than any human can type, all trained on our ticket system written by humans.

If it doesn't help, no worries, you can still contact us easily by going to the Support page.

Onboarding flow

An onboarding flow helps beginners get set up and running quicker, eliminating any confusing points to get started.

Revamped uploading & attaching assets

To attach files, you can easily select any files and then attach them to any Shopify products all at once. This provides more flexibility and agility when controlling assets.

You can also attach files to all variants of a product instantly in one go.

Products

  1. We replicated the same way products and variants are displayed in Shopify's Products pages, so it's easier to navigate through variants.
  2. We also improved the product page layout
  3. Now you can upload and attach files directly to a product in less steps than before

Orders

  1. We combined the order's products, assets, and traffic data to be in one single table, allowing you to see everything together, making the order page easily readable.
  2. The Order timestamps now appear in your store's timezone to reflect your Shopify admin

PDF Stamp upgrade

You can now see a live preview of how your PDF stamp will look as you are editing it. Much faster to build your PDF stamp templates.

Custom S3 storage upgrade

The S3 integration page has had a lovely upgrade. You can now integrate more than one bucket, allowing you to deliver assets from multiple S3 storage accounts. You can now also edit your current buckets in case you wanted to roll API keys or change any settings.

Improved daterange

Using our date range selector, you can easily select a range of dates to search through orders, assets, and stats.

Summary

There are still many improvements we have planned to enhance the UI even further. The main aim for this is to get hold of the Built for Shopify badge, as Shopify have pushed it heavily on us, otherwise be demoted on the app store. Even though it's held us back from improving the app's functional features which we really wanted to do, Shopify's demands allowed us to improve the app usability. Now this is done, we will be working on new features!
