How can I access deleted products for old customers?

You may want to provide access to new files for older customers that have bought deleted products. Luckily for you, Fileflare retains the deleted products for this exact reason so that all the customers that have bought deleted products can still access their files.

To access deleted products in Fileflare, all you need to do is go to the Order page and click on the deleted product name. This will open the product page where you can attach or change files on it, which will automatically show on the customer's download (Digital Delivery) page.
