Which plan do I need?

You will need the Premium plan to use video streaming.

Video streaming

Our new video streaming feature gives your store the ability to allow customers to view video files in their browser without needing to download the files. It's also possible to disable the download button so that you only allow them to view the files. This works from the download page.

You will need to enable the "Download button & page" option to use this feature because the customer will press the play button on the download page. Check if you have it enabled.

Go to Settings > Global Media Viewing
Enable the "Enable video streaming for all videos in your account" option to enable video viewing

Override the global settings for individual videos

It's possible to override the global settings for each video file by going to the individual Asset page for a particular video. Here, you will see three options:

Disabling the download button for video files

It's possible to hide the download button for all videos that are enabled for streaming so that only a play button is displayed. You can do this by enabling the "Disable the download button" setting on the Global Media Preview settings page.
