What plan do I need?

You will need the Premium plan to unlock the customer account download feature.

Deliver on the Main account page
Requires code snippet to be added to your Shopify theme. Contact us if you want us to do it for you

Guide: New Accounts - Go to Guide

Deliver on the Main account page and on the Order account page
Does not require code snippets. Simply add the Fileflare App Blocks in Shopify's editor

Difference between Legacy and New:

We recommend using Legacy Customer Accounts. We find that they are more presentable because they are integrated into your store better by being on the same domain and part of your store's theme styling, unlike the New Customer Accounts. Learn more about the differences below.

Fileflare delivery differences:

In the Legacy Accounts, you can deliver downloads on the Main account page.
In the New Accounts, you can deliver downloads on the Main account page, and the Order account page.

Pros and cons:

Legacy	New
Branded with your store theme and sits under your store's menu	Not branded with your store. It uses Shopify's neutral styling that cannot be changed
Is on your store's domain name	Hosted on shopify.com or a separate domain or subdomain to your store
Fully customisable with apps or code	Only partly customisable using app extensions
