What plan do I need?

You will need the Premium plan to unlock the customer account download feature.
You will also need the Classic Customer Accounts, because "New customer Accounts" do not support apps to inject code at this stage. Shopify are releasing it sometime in 2024.

If you are not comfortable with making these adjustments, please contact our support and we are more than happy to do this for you. It would require us to send you a collaborator request to access your store.

We have built the integration ready for the downloads to show in the New Customer Accounts, but Shopify have not yet released it to the public. This is coming soon according to Shopify. Currently, downloads can only show in the Classic Customer Accounts.

Video walkthrough of method 1 & 2

Method 1 - Add a "View all downloads" button or link in the main account page

This allows you to add a button or a link anywhere you want inside the customer accounts. This will automatically link to a download page that shows all of the customer's downloads from all of their orders.
We have provided a button code snippet which will add a button to your accounts
We have also provided a URL which you can place anywhere, such as in a menu etc.

Method 2 - Add downloads to the account Order page

This method allows you to shows downloads inside the order page in the accounts. This will only show individual order downloads.
