How to sync Shopify products into Fileflare

You may have created a new product and changed the name of a product and cannot find it in Fileflare. It's easily sorted. When products are created, they always load into Fileflare, but if you change the name, you will need to go to the product page in Fileflare and click the "Sync product" button to load the latest name, or you can sync all products by going to the "Products" page and then click the "Sync all products" button.

Products are automatically synced from Shopify to Fileflare when:

• A product or variant is first created
• An order is placed for for that product or variant, the latest product data will be synced. It will only sync this product once every 3 hours.

How to sync the product:

• You can sync all of your products in one go by going to the Products page and clicking the "Sync all products" button. This will sync all of your products. This can be clicked once every 30 minutes.

• If you want to sync a product, you can go to the product page in Fileflare and click the "Sync product" button. This can be clicked once every 10 seconds.

• You can do a full store product sync by going to Fileflare and going to "Products". Then you can click the "Sync all products" button. This can be clicked once every 30 minutes.
